RMA – UNWARY ORDER

After a preliminary contact at [email protected]:

  1. As starting point, the customer must provide ICDC with detailed set of pictures of the component and its packaging, as the part must be returned intact as shipped. The pictures must highlight the absence of signs of installation attempts or adjustments made by the customer’s installer.
  2. If pictures visually check provides positive feedback, it must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our logistics center at Multilogistics.
  3. Upon receipt, the Quality Control will take charge of it verifying conditions and sellability:
    1. New: If it is still suitable for sale as brand-new part, the QC will forward it to the warehouse for stocking. The customer will be refunded: the invoice paid value by deducting the ICDC initial shipping costs, a 15% of product price and a fixed fee of € 45,00 + VAT for the Admin and Logistic activities.
    2. Overhaueld: If it is suitable for sale but it should be classified as “Original & Overhauled”, ICDC will provide an offer to the customer in line with current market prices, to be estimated on a case-by-case basis, on average in the range of 25% to 40% of the original selling price. Based on the customer decision, ICDC will transfer to its warehouse and pay the balance, or it is shipped* back it to customer’s factory.
    3. Unsellable: If the part is no longer salable, ICDC will leave to the customer the choice of how to proceed, return* it or locally scrapping. No refund.

*Repacking and shipping costs will be charged.
