ICDC Ecommerce

ICDC primary goal is the continuous improvement of our service level to our fellow workers in operations, procurement or on field:

1. Accountability: all parts are available in our stock, originals and brand New or Overhauled, as described in the Status section.
2. Fast and Safe Order: your purchasing experience has been designed around speed, lean purchasing to shipping processes, and DHL Express is our solo shipping partner.
3. Reliability:

   • Payments with Bank Transfer, via Paypal, Amazon Pay, AliPay, GiroPay or directly with Credit Cards.

Based on extensive (decades) and in-depth direct industrial experiences in the after-sales service and time-critical spare parts management, ICDC is active for online sales as of June 2019.

ICDC offers a wide range of components: photocells, proximity switches, electric motors, linear guides & trolleys, relay & switches, gear reducers, bearings and solenoid valves, commonly installed in thermodynamic, electromechanical, pneumatic and mechanic industrial machinery.

Our supply base focuses on premium OEM: Siemens, Bosch-Rexroth, Festo, Parker, THK, SKF, INA-Scheaffler, Bonfiglioli, ABB, Sick, Eaton, Control Techniques, Danfoss, Asco Numatics, Seitz, Beckoff and SEW Eurodrive among others.

The main source of supplies is the excesses of stocks of European industrial companies that rely on ICDC to sell them and make them usable also to our customers still using them in their production lines or for their maintenance.

A limited pattern of highly valuable original overhauled parts is offered as well, in a dedicated website section.

ICDC is willing to develop new cooperation with new industrial partners, providing direct or indirect support, for the sale of stocks of industrial components before they get obsolete in all sectors.

ICDC manages websites, web platforms and social networks directly or on behalf of its customers for market analysis and commercial promotion purposes, all activities aimed at competitive positioning of the offered products.

All the products sold by ICDC are original, new, have not been modified, used or otherwise altered, except for any repackaging aimed at safeguarding the component during transportation.

There is no license relationship for the exploitation of the brands used by ICDC that are used only for descriptive purposes to advertising the sale of the products, which have been legitimately placed on the market, in compliance with National and European legislation in force at the time.

This activity is performed by ICDC in full autonomy and independence; ICDC is not an authorized distributor, affiliate, or representative of the listed component manufacturer, nor it carries out co-marketing campaigns with these subjects, nor it falls within their direct sales network

All trademarks and brand names appearing in our e-commerce belong to their respective owners.
