ICDC Srl sells on DAP Incoterms® 2020 basis. This is ICDC default, it is integrated in our fully automated order process, from order intake to delivery.
Courier: As default, ICDC orders are shipped with , Express service. In case of large and/or heavy boxes, ICDC offers LTL groupage services by DHL Global Forwarding.
Boxing: ICDC quotation includes transportation till to the required final destination with a safe boxing or crating based on weight/dimension.
Shipping alternative options:
DAP Incoterms® 2020: The seller is responsible for all charges and risks in transit until the goods reach their destination and are available for unloading, at which point the responsibility transfers to the customer.
DDP Incoterms® 2020 is not viable option.
Ex-works/FCA Incoterms® 2020: this term can be valued on a case by case basis and for orders exceeding € 2.500,00; for this option, a fixed fee of € 42,00 is charged to cover Logistics and Admin manual handling extra-costs.
Destinations:
Europe, North America, and several Asian and African countries: all logistic and shipping costs to 68 countries are automatically quoted; our DAP based algorithms for door to door delivery offer the best quote based on the mix between order lines and destination address, including safe boxing.
Rest of the World: for all other countries, due to the large matrix between order mix and destinations, shipping costs are manually calculated, separately quoted, and/or afterwards charged after online order entry.
Export Custom Clearance:
Where applicable, Italian export custom clearance: ICDC Srl is responsible for Italian export custom clearance declaration and any applicable Italian export taxes, fees or duties; export custom fee is included in shipping cost on DAP Incoterms 2020. The customer is responsible for import clearance and all applicable local tax or import duties at destination.
Accessories: import duties, inbound custom and clearance fees at destination, and insurance policies are excluded.
Drop Shipping:
Drop-shipping option within the same country is available in our Check-out page: delivery destination and invoicing address must be in the same country.
Cross-border drop shipping option: delivery destination in EU and invoicing address out of EU requires Italian VAT to be paid in Italy and add to invoice.
LOGISTICS – Internal Transit Times
Electronic Payments: Our service level has a cut off time for same-day delivery at 12.00 pm CET (GMT +1), for orders paid via online electronic services, such as Paypal, Alipay, GooglePay, MyBank or Credit Cards:
Bank Transfer: Prepayment is required, the shipment takes place upon receipt of the transfer confirmation by bank.
