ICDC PRODUCT WARRANTY

 

ICDC is warranty policy is in line with industrial best practices.

According to herewith described cases, all warranty claims must be communicated to [email protected]:

• Shipping Damages on arrival: Substitution or refund in case of shipping damages documented by pictures at receiving, damage remarked on DHL Express AWB POD and communicated upon arrival or maximum within 2 working days.

• Visible issues at arrival: Substitution or refund in case of visible damaged parts at visual inspection at arrival, documented by pictures and communicated upon arrival or maximum within 2 working days.

• Quality defects on brand new parts: 1 year warranty. For faulty parts due to hidden defects or underperforming in respect to manufaturer datasheet data, to be communicated immediatly at evidence.

• Quality defects on overhauled parts: 6 months warranty. For faulty parts due to hidden defects or underperforming in respect to manufacturer datasheet data, to be communicated immediatly at evidence.
